Building a Sustainable Coffee Business

Building a Sustainable Coffee Business
“We make our coffee business sustainable. These days, it’s undeniable that you see coffee shops everywhere. But how can we make our business more sustainable than the rest?”

1. Quality of coffee beans
From high-quality and safe farms, and using the selected varieties.
2. Consistent standards: The taste of the coffee drinks in the shop, the quality of the coffee beans and raw materials must be consistent. Choose a roastery with stable raw materials and consistent product control and inspection standards. 3. Menu Variety: A diverse menu is offered to better meet customer needs. For example, customers can choose from various roasting levels, as well as house blend and single origin beans.

4. Clean Taste: If the beverages we serve have a clean, easy-to-understand, and uncomplicated taste, customers will understand immediately. This is importantly due to the processing and production processes, including the sorting process using a Destoner (stone separator) and a color sorter (defect separator) to identify flaws in the coffee beans. Make the coffee cleaner.

5. Adapt to trends. The coffee business is highly competitive, so we must constantly adapt. For example, the “Specialty Coffee” trend, ordering coffee for delivery to your doorstep, or the “Ready-To-Drink Coffee” trend, such as drip bag coffee.
